You will pay with a credit card when you place your order. Be sure to click on the pick-up window button during check out (it will turn blue).
As soon as the official game time for the October 12 game is announced, we will update this page and email all confirmed orders with our pick up hours.
The deadline for orders is Monday, October 7.
We are located at the south end of the Meat Science Laboratory, at 1503 S Maryland Drive, Urbana, close to the Pennsylvania and Florida Avenue Residence Halls. For pickup, please pull into the parking lot off of Maryland Drive.
Yes, you can pick up your Tailgate Order during our normal online pick[up hours from noon to 1 PM on Friday, October 11. To arrange this, please let us know by replying to your confirmation email.
Yes, it will be safe if you store them properly. Ensure you bring a cooler with ice to keep your products chilled below 40 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the day.
Unfortunately, no. Our student workers and staff will also be enjoying the Illini game, and we will not be available for pickups after the game.
Orders can be cancelled for a full-refund before Thursday, October 10. Pleas email us at meatsalesroom@illinois.edu to cancel your order.
