Would you like to place an order for something not in our product listing? Are you looking for a custom cut of meat or bulk purchase of items we regularly stock? If so, we'll need to collect some information from you before we can determine whether the special request can be filled.
Special requests typically include some of the following:
- Roasting pigs
- Products that are “less processed” than those we offer in stock like whole uncured hams, whole bellies, prime rib during non-holiday times
- Unusual items like lamb or pig heads, animal fat, pig jowls
- Large orders of items we regularly stock
Special requests can not be used as a way to pre-order or reserve in-demand products. For example, snack sticks, ground beef patties, and cuts of lamb are very popular and in limited supply. These popular items will be offered in stock on a first-come, first-served basis.
To get started, we'll need to gather details about what you're wanting to order. Please provide us with as many details as possible about what you're wanting, including any custom packaging requests. The more detail you can provide in your Special Request submission, the easier and faster it will be for us to process your order!
What happens after you submit a special request?
We will respond to you by email or phone within a week of your request. If we are unable to accommodate your order, we will let you know as soon as we can. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to fill your order.
