The Illini Brat Club is a student-led fundraiser to benefit the Illini Meat Judging team. The judging team competes at contests across the US, judging beef, pork, and lamb. Through the Brat Club, students learn valuable skills in sales, customer service, and project management. It is also a great opportunity for you to explore new brat flavors and support University of Illinois students!
Members of the brat club will receive a specialty package of brats every month for their 12-month membership. Each month is a different brat variety. Brats will be available for pick up from the Meat and Egg sales room.
Memberships run from January 2024-December 2024.
